Excellent Course, and I highly recommend it.

Since marrying my husband from Southern France 15 years ago, I started to bake French Desserts and cook french cuisine as well. Before starting this course, I was baking 3-6 tire cakes for friends, and other exquisite, decadent desserts I am always looking for something challenging. This course is such an in-depth course, he covers everything. It’s a great investment. Love it!
